Home inspections include a walk through of the inside and outside of your home and the grounds.
Inside, we check for roof leaks, skylight leaks, window leaks, broken seals on windows, ensure windows are secured and locked, leakage or security problems of doors and windows, warped wood on doors and windows, lighting problems, air and heat adjustments and/or monitoring according to the season, thermostat and alarm battery replacement, bug and rodent problems, running of water in sink traps, flushing of toilets, checking for plumbing leaks or problems, checking the fireplace, appliance monitoring, ensuring hot water heaters are working, and much more!
Outside, we check your grounds for erosion problems, drainage issues, rodent damage, pests & insects,
water faucet leaks, exterior home wear and tear such as stucco cracks, paint problems, and visible
roof damage, security concerns, landscape monitoring, weed control, put delivered packages inside,
pick up trash and other debris from the yard, and much more!
Monthly rate is $55 a month and includes all monthly and seasonal services as noted on our home maintenance schedule worksheet link.
Services for HomeWatch will be billed monthly for your convenience.
